All designs, graphics, visuals, and written content created by Blackhawk Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights to approved final deliverables are transferred to the client for agreed-upon use.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any materials from this site without written permission.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and assets

• Review and approve deliverables as agreed in the project timeline

• Respect the revision limits specified in each service package

Delays in response or approval may result in adjusted timelines.

 

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees.

Due to the custom nature of design work, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or deliverables have been submitted. If you have questions about billing or scope, please contact us directly.

 

5. Cancellations

For subscription services, clients may cancel at any time with written notice. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a paid period.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Blackhawk Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or our services. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes from design services provided.
